Due to higher postage rates, orders going to an APO or FPO will not be eligible for the free shipping discount.
Customer Support Hours
Customer support is available from Monday through Friday with the exception of all USA holidays, there will be no customer service available during USA holidays.
Customer support can be reached by email or telephone at email@example.com or via telephone at 800-000-0000. We try to answer all emails within one business day.
Free shipping is not available to any order outside the United States of America. Depending on the destination country the package can take up to 120 days to clear through the custom’s house process.
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock we will refund the item and ship the rest of the order. However, if the item will be restocked shortly we may hold the order and ship it once the out of stock item is received so the order may ship in its entirety.
Pre-order items must be paid for when the order is placed. If there are non-pre-order items included in the order, the entire order will not ship until the preorder product is available.
Pre-orders shall ship in one shipment and existing pre-orders shall not be split into separate orders.

What information about customers do we store?
Information given to us by you – We keep all information entered on our site, including but not limited to: name, address, etc. A “digital cookie” is stored on your computer in order to keep track of your shopping cart order when your are shopping on this website.

Returns & Replacements Policy
All returns require prior approval and an RMA number. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for approval before sending back merchandise.
Returns can be made on unopened products within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery. The buyer will cover the return shipping costs and the item may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Missing or damaged parts coming from a new condition product will be need to be replaced by the manufacturer of the product.
Returns are not accepted on singles unless the card was received in a condition other than what was specified. Please email email@example.com within 3 days of delivery of product in order to receive an exchange or refund if the product is out of stock.
No guarantees are offered that every product description, or the reviews of such products, are accurate, complete, or do not contain errors. If a product does not match the description or its review(s), it is the buyers sole remedy is to return it unused condition for a refund.

Orders over $25 or $50, depending upon the item description of each product, qualify for the free shipping discount. This applies only to domestic shipment in the 48 continental United States of America. Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free domestic shipping.
